Besides writing, Taunya is a seasoned I.T. professional with over twenty-five years of experience. Taunya has overcome some tough obstacles and barriers. She had to prove her value to the team, fight for fairness and equality on projects, and strategically navigate a successfully career path with strength and resolve.

 

Taunya is creative by nature. She is passionate about inspiring her readers through her candid stories and words.  She has written and published “Just Being Me” an inspirational memoir that empowers and inspires others to live out their dreams. Taunya has also published “Just for Me” writing journals for writers and inspiring writers can tell their stories.  

 

Taunya creates content for television and film and has aspirations to produce and director her own projects one day.  She has recently worked with MegaMind Media as a production assistant on the film Holiday Heartbreak.

 

Taunya is committed to sharing the life-enhancing benefits of essential oils with the world.  Sharing with others about practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to attain better physical and mental health outcomes, so that instead of just surviving, you're thriving.

 

Taunya enjoys traveling, and has visited numerous countries, to include Spain, Rome, France, and Italy, as well as the Western Caribbean and Eastern Caribbean islands. During her travels, Taunya always finds and embraces the opportunity to empower women through words of encouragement. In her spare time, Taunya loves to listen to music and attend concerts, hone her photography skills and spend time with family and friends.
